Just read in Rolling Stne that the song came from the label's concern about the lack of a single on the disc, so River's dug out an old riff from 1998 and put this track together.
The fact that the riff is that old (coupled with the lack of a single) makes me fear for the quality of this album... as I have with every disc of theirs since the Green Album.
